For the things that most customer want to know:

1. MOQ: for customized order, like customize color, printing LOGO, the MOQ is 200 sets.

2. Delivery Time: it's 30days for new customed order , and 20-25days for repeat order.

3. Quality Control: All the supplied material should be inspected before accepting ,during production the tv will be checked by 2 QC workers on the production line , meanwhile the tv will pass 2 hours aging test , after 2 QA workers random inspect TV as per proportion ratio in laboratory room , take some pcs tv do the aging test over 24 hours, once the TV goods are passed the test then it can be sent to warehouse. Before shipment, there will be an another inspection by ourself or by client's inspection worker.

4. Service and Support: as for pre-sales service, we will provide all the information you need and questions you asked; for after sales, we will offer long term technical support, and we're sure that any of your feedback will receive our careful attentions and prompt reply.

5. Warranty: 1 year

6. Delivery way : the bulk TV goods will be shipped by sea . And it will take 20-60days to you as per the different countries.

7. Payment : we can accept T/T , L/C and west union.

Questions:

1. Does the TV unit which we buy is same as what you described?

We shall guarantee the delivered tv is in conformity to the requirements of quantity, specifications, type and tv descriptions etc as described in article and meet the quality criterion of original place and the place customer is incorporated.

2. What if there is any problem , what should the customer does?

We promised to provide lifelong maintenance for the products it sold to customer and ours is obliged to assist the customer to settle the technical difficulties or malfunction in the use and installation of the tv.

3. How about the warranty ?

Factory shall provide one year quality guarantee period for the TV it sold to customer , except the human damage. And such guarantee period shall commence from the delivery date.

4. What about the returned TV or parts ?

With the quality guarantee period , customer only has to pay for the shipment of TV or other parts needed reparation or replacement from customer to factory , and factory will be responsible for other expenses arising out of such reparation or replacement.Including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of tv or parts from factory to customer. After the quality guarantee period expires , the factory only undertakes technical support, all the possible charges cuased should be paid by the customer.
