- We can send you the TV goods by ocean , by air or by express. The shipping cost is ocean <air < express, the express way is for sample only, cause the express cost is highest among those methods. Usually we ship the TV container by ocean, it takes around 20-60days for different countries. By expressing it will take 3-7days to your door.

Maintenance : 

1. Don't use corrosive depurative when cleaning the tv set .

2. Do not put the tv set under direct sunlight or near to the heat.

3. Don't move away the tv set when turn on the power .

4. Don't touch , push and scratch the surface of tv set with hard stuff .

5. When the tv surface is dirty , please use the wetting cotton cloth or soft cloth with non-corrosive cleaner to clean it carefully . Don't use the acetone ,toluene or alcohol to clean the tv sets.

6. Be careful of the hydrosphere coagulation due to the temperature changing. The coagulated hydrosphere will damage inner electronic components. When the coagulated hydrosphere disappears, the tv screen may appear blur or spot.

7. Be sure to ask technicians to install the tv set on the wall , the incorrect installations will put the tv set into the unsafe situations.

8. Don't let the children climb up the tv set or play near it in order to avoid being spilled from the tv set or the tv set damaged the children when falling down.

9. Don't hit the lcd panel with hard objects  to prevent the panel from damages.
